Passion fruit and vanilla mojito
Ingredients
- Frozen fruit purée 100% : Yellow Passion fruit - 35g
- Frozen fruit purée 100% : Lime - 25g
- Vanilla syrup - 10g
- Sugar syrup (1/1) - 20g
- White rum - 60g
- Mint (leaves) - 8 pce
- Sparkling water - Qs
- Crushed ice - Qs
Put the mint in the glass.
Add the lime.
Mash gently without tearing the leaves.
Add the rest of the liquids.
Add crushed ice.
Stir with a spoon.
Top with sparkling water.
Add more ice.
Garnish with the half of a passion fruit and some mint leaves.
