  1. Passion fruit and vanilla mojito

    Ingredients

    • Frozen fruit purée 100% : Yellow Passion fruit - 35g
    • Frozen fruit purée 100% : Lime - 25g
    • Vanilla syrup - 10g
    • Sugar syrup (1/1) - 20g
    • White rum - 60g
    • Mint (leaves) - 8 pce
    • Sparkling water - Qs
    • Crushed ice - Qs

    Put the mint in the glass.

    Add the lime.

    Mash gently without tearing the leaves.

    Add the rest of the liquids.

    Add crushed ice.

    Stir with a spoon.

    Top with sparkling water.

    Add more ice.

    Garnish with the half of a passion fruit and some mint leaves.
