    • Frozen fruit purée, sugar added : White peach - 20 ml
    • cachaça - 50 ml
    • Sugar syrup: - 15 ml
    • Lime - 3 quartiers
    • Thyme - 4 branches
    Muddle limes with sugar. Add Puree.
    Add teared Thymes. Stir with crushed ice.
    Garnish : Thyme, Lime, fresh pear
