  1. Ginger & peach collins

    Ingredients

    • Frozen fruit purée, sugar added : White peach - 30 ml
    • Vodka - 45 ml
    • Lemon - 3Quartiers
    • Sugar syrup: - 15 ml
    • Ginger - 1 thumb

    Muddle ginger and peach puree. Add other ingredients. Shake and strain into Collins.

    Garnish :

    Spiked ginger, peach, lemon twist.
