  1. Homemade Ginger Beer

    Ingredients

    • Frozen fruit purée : Ginger - 2 kg
    • Finely chopped ginger - 1/2 part
    • Water - 3 parts
    • sugar turbiné - 1/2 part
    • Clover honey - 1/2 part
    • mint (leaves) - 1/2 part
    • Pepper

    Boil ingredients, stir, add more water to desired taste, add to soda siphon, charge with seltzer gas.

    Ingredients

    • Ginger beer - 9 cl - 3 oz
    • Gin - 4,5 cl - 1.5 oz
    • Lime - 1/2 piece

    Squeeze 1/2 lime.

    Stir, crushed ice, garnish with edible orchid.
