    Ingredients

    • Frozen fruit purée 100% : Lime - 1,35 cl - 0,45 oz
    • Frozen fruit purée 100% : Bergamot - 1,35 cl - 0,45 oz
    • Gin - 4,5 cl - 1,5 oz
    • Sugar syrup: - 1,35 cl - 0,45 oz
    • Egg white - 1

    Shake ingredients without ice to emulsify egg, add ice, shake again with ice, strain in a chilled cocktail glass.
