Apple blossomBar recipe
- Frozen fruit purée, sugar added : Green apple - 1.5 cl
- Vodka Citrus - 3 cl
- Manzana - 3 cl
- Fresh lemon-ginger sour - 3 cl
- Apple juice - 1.5 cl
- Egg white (pasteurized) - 2 spoons
In an ice filled mixing glas, add citrus vodka, apple liqueur, lemon-ginger sour, cloudy apple juice and green apple puree and shake until well blended;strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a thin slice of green apple.
