    • Frozen fruit purée, sugar added : Pear - 4 cl
    • Frozen fruit purée 100% : Lemon - 3 cl
    • Pastis - 3 cl
    • Pear Liqueur - 3 cl
    • Sugar cane syrup - 1 cl

    Shake and strain over crushed ice.

    Star anise garnish.
