About Janice Wong: After starting at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, Janice Wong continued her career, working with renowned chefs such as Will Goldfarb, Oriol Balaguer, Grant Achatz, Juan and Elena Arzak and Pierre Hermé. Her very innovative approach to desserts earned her the title of Pastry Chef of the Year in 2011 at the World Gourmet Summit in Singapore. She started her own dessert bar in 2007, 2am: dessert bar, and will soon open 2am: lab, a culinary research institute to create new flavors, textures and culinary techniques in cooperation with chefs from all over the world.
