Les vergers Boiron are launching Yuzu purée for the first time. This amazing citrus from Asia offers a delicate and refreshing flavour that give an intense taste to your creations.

It is the trendy fruit of the moment. Yuzu is a citrus fruit from Asia with bumpy curves and tangy taste, halfway between grapefruit and mandarin and lime of which it is actually a hybrid. If its unique flavour is so sought-after, it is because it offers many facets while maintaining a perfect balance between delicacy and intensity. Its taste is powerful, with rich aromatic notes. Its fleshy and juicy texture is very refreshing, its colour is bright... It was therefore THE fruit that Les vergers Boiron needed to add to their range, so you can use it to infinity in your creations. 

Yuzu is indeed difficult to prepare because it has little flesh and many pips. With our puree, the fruit is already sieved and ready to use. And thanks to our production techniques that respect the organoleptic properties of the fruit, the intensity of yuzu, its refined fragrance and colour are perfectly preserved and will enhance all your recipes. In patisserie, obviously, in plated desserts, cakes, wafers, mousses, sorbets or granita. But also in savoury recipes, use it to garnish soups, emulsions, hot and cold sauces, soufflés or risotto.
