Markus Haxter's motto is to look further than the edge of his plate. And he has widely applied that motto worldwide. After his years of travel on land and sea and after a tour with Ferran Adria in 2000, this qualified chef and author of specialised books was named German Ambassador of the espuma technique. Markus Haxter is passionate about "food styling" and creating regional and international trends. He is also dedicated to the training and qualification of cooks and chefs. As a member of Euro-Toques, he hosts many seminars in Germany and abroad. He has won the Bocuse d'Or and the Meilleur Ouvrier diploma. Participation in "Bio Erleben ": 2008-2009 and 2010-2011. Initiator of the "Deutschland Bio-Tour", he was rewarded by UNESCO for sustainable training (nachhaltige Bildung).
