Georges Chihane


Born and raised in a family of cooks in Lebanon, Chef Georges Chihane has followed the same path; after his bachelor degree in Hotel Management in his home country, he mastered his techniques in Gastronomy at the reputed Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon, France. He started his career as a “commis de cuisine” while still studying. After a few years and thanks to his hard work, commitment, passion and skills, he got the opportunity to move to Dubai, UAE to work as an Executive Chef for a well-known franchise, Paul Bakery. Throughout the years, he built his experience in the Gulf region by opening many restaurants in different countries; as well as in Qatar, when he was hired as a Culinary Consultant for a foodservice company, Gulf Centre For Foodstuff for more than 8 years. He now settled down in the UAE as the Culinary Development Manager for Chef Middle East, a well reputed food distribution company.
