Fabrice Prochasson

Fabrice Prochasson, current president of the Toques Françaises Association, was born in Montargis in the Loiret and, encouraged by his mother, in 1982 discovered the world of gastronomy which he never left. He in fact paid tribute to this cuisine of his childhood in November 2008, in his book entitled Loiret et Gourmandises (Studio Rougereau Editions). In 1996, his talent was recognised and he was elected as one of the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France.In 2007, Fabrice Prochasson became President of Toques Françaises and decided to share the Art of French Gastronomy with other enthusiasts and give young talents the opportunity to get noticed through the organisation of culinary competitions recognised by food professionals. Fabrice Prochasson is also President of the Académie Culinaire de France and emeritus member since 2011.
