Choux bun with sliced curried chicken and mango mousse
- Ambient fruit purée 100% : Mango - 50ml
- Cream cheese - 180g
- Chicken breasts
- Butter - 10g
- Choux bun - 1
Mix the cream cheese with the mango puree. Salt and pepper. Coat the chicken breast with curry. Brown the chicken breast in a frying pan with a little butter over high heat and continue over medium heat for 10 minutes. Salt again. Cut the chicken breast into thin slices.
Fill the choux bun with the mango mousse and chicken slices. Sprinkle with a little curry.
