  1. Chia seeds and raspberry shot glasses


    • Ambient fruit purée 100% : Raspberry - 300ml
    • Coconut milk - 25cl
    • Chia seeds - 50g
    • Honey - 10g

    Mix the coconut milk, chia seeds and honey. Whisk for 1 to 2 minutes and cover with cling film. Keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Stir the preparation from time to time.

    Spread the preparation in the shot glasses and cover with raspberry puree.
