Cheesecake
Ingredients
- Egg white - 120g
- Sugar - 100g
- Fresh cream - 200g
- Egg yolk - 100g
- Maizena® - 10g
- Vanilla pod - 0,5
For 6 portions
Whisk the egg whites with half the sugar.
Blend the remaining ingredients. Fold in the meringue. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C. Allow to cool.
Cut into the desired shape.

Milk ice cream
Ingredients
- Milk - 525g
- Sugar - 125g
- Milk powder 0% - 40g
- Fresh cream - 150g
For 6 portions
Bring the milk with the sugar and milk powder to a boil. Allow to cool to 37°C. Add the crème fraîche. Turn into ice.

Strawberry jelly
Ingredients
- Frozen fruit purée 100%: Strawberry - 125 g
- Sugar syrup: - 20g
- Red wine vinegar - 2g
- Agar agar - 1g
For 6 portions
Mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Let jelly. Mix until homogenous.
