Raspberry Whipped Cream
- Ambient fruit purée 100% : Raspberry - 150ml
- Single cream 35 % - 15cl
Combine both and pour into a siphon.
Charge with a gas cartridge and refrigerate for about 2h.
Arrange your desserts, decorate with fresh fruits and serve immediately.
Suggestion: raspberry puree can be replaced by strawberry or blackberry puree in the same proportions.
