  1. Pomegranate cocktail


    • Frozen fruit purée 100% : Pomegranate - 8 cl
    • Lemongrass - 1
    • Sugar syrup: - 5 cl
    • Ice
    • Pineapple

    Muddle lemongrass stick in a mixing glass. Then add pineapple and muddle.
    Add rest of ingredients and shake. Pour mixture into a tall glass.
    Garnish with lemongrass stick and chopped pineapple.

    TASTE & SERVING: Aromatic, hint of spiciness and moderately
