- Gin - 2 oz - 6 cl
- Sugar syrup: - 1/2 oz - 1.5 cl
- Grapefruit Bitters - 1 Dash
- Ginger beer - Top off
Technique: Add ingredients 1-4, shake with ice, strain over fresh ice, top off with
ginger beer, and lightly stir.
Garnish: 1-2 mint sprigs (top 5-8 leaves with stem)
Tools: Jigger, Mixing Glass, Mixing Tin, and Hawthorn Strainer
