  1. Pepino caliente


    • Gin - 1.5 oz - 4.5 cl
    • Cucumber - 3/4 oz - 2.2 cl
    • Jalapeno - 1 slice
    • Coriander - 1 sprig
    • Sugar syrup: - 3/4 oz - 2.2 cl

    Muddle Cucumber slices or add cucumber puree, muddle cilantro, then lightly pound jalapeno to release oils and flavor. 

    Add the rest of ingredients, shake with ice, double strain over fresh ice or in a Cocktail glass with no ice, garnish with a long core slice of cucumber in an "s" shape.


    According to FDA regulation 21 CFR Part 120, this product is not suitable for use in beverages in the US.
