    • Frozen fruit purée 100% : Pineapple - 40ml
    • Frozen vegetable purée 100% : Red pepper - 20ml
    • 100% agave tequila - 30ml
    • Verjus - 10ml
    • Sugar syrup: - 5ml
    • Sparkling water - 30ml
    • Fine salt - une pincée
    • Coriander - QS
    • Orange bitters - 2 doses
    • Hot sauce - 1 dose

    Build all ingredients in a glass, stir to mix, top with ice cubes.

    Garnish with fresh coriander and pineapple (leaves and dehydrated fruits).
