Ingredients
- Frozen fruit purée 100% : Pineapple - 40ml
- Frozen vegetable purée 100% : Red pepper - 20ml
- 100% agave tequila - 30ml
- Verjus - 10ml
- Sugar syrup: - 5ml
- Sparkling water - 30ml
- Fine salt - une pincée
- Coriander - QS
- Orange bitters - 2 doses
- Hot sauce - 1 dose
Build all ingredients in a glass, stir to mix, top with ice cubes.
Garnish with fresh coriander and pineapple (leaves and dehydrated fruits).
