  1. Mango Sidecar

    Ingredients

    • Ambient fruit purée 100% : Mango - 21ml
    • Cognac - 30ml
    • Liquor - 30ml
    • Lemon juice - 30ml

    Combine ingredients in a shaker, shake with ice, strain in a chilled coupe. Garnish with lemon peel and a piece of fresh mango.
