  1. Hibiscus melon


    • Tequila - 1.5 oz - 4.5 cl
    • Lime (juice) - 3/4 oz - 2.2 cl
    • Honey syrup - 3/4 oz - 2.2 cl

    Shake ingredients with ice, strain in a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with balled watermelon and sage

    Agave Syrup:

    1 Part Water/1 Part Agave Nectar

    Honey Syrup:

    1 Part Honey/1 Part Water
