Homemade Ginger Beer
Ingredients
- Frozen speciality : Ginger - 2 kg
- Finely chopped ginger - 1/2 part
- Water - 3 parts
- sugar turbiné - 1/2 part
- Clover honey - 1/2 part
- Mint (leaves) - 1/2 part
- Pepper
Boil ingredients, stir, add more water to desired taste, add to soda siphon, charge with seltzer gas.
