  1. Ingredients

    • Frozen fruit purée 100% : Passion fruit - 14 ml
    • Gin - 28 ml
    • Champagne - 85 ml
    • Sugar syrup: - 14 ml
    • Lemon (juice) - 14 ml
    1. In mixing glass add lemon juice, syrup, gin
    2. Add ice and stir, add 3 oz. Champagne, blend with spoon
    3. Julep Strain in Chilled Champagne Glass
    4. Garnish with a lemon Twist
