  1. Chocolate Clover Club


    • Gin - 50ml
    • Lemon (juice) - 25ml
    • Honey
    • Cocoa cream - 10ml
    • Egg white - 15ml

    Juniper heavy gin, Les vergers Boiron raspberry puree and honey reduction, lemon, cacao, whites and fluff.

    Reverse dry shake. Strain.

    Glass: cocktail
    Garnish: grated chocolate.
