- Wood Smoke vine
Cut the pepper in half.
Put in a bowl and add the smoke.
Cover and let the pepper absorb the smoke.
Add the vodka and steep to taste.
- Frozen fruit purée 100% : Lemon - 15 ml
- Vodka - 20ml
- Chilli Vodka - 20ml
- Vodka - 5ml
- Black pepper
- Celery salt
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 dashes
Mix all ingredients in a shaker.
Shake with ice.
Strain into a glass with a cocktail strainer.
Garnish with a piece of lemon verbena.
