  1. Infusion


    • Chilli - 1
    • Vodka
    • Wood Smoke vine

    Cut the pepper in half.
    Put in a bowl and add the smoke.
    Cover and let the pepper absorb the smoke.
    Add the vodka and steep to taste.

  2. shaker


    • Frozen fruit purée 100% : Lemon - 15 ml
    • Vodka - 20ml
    • Chilli Vodka - 20ml
    • Vodka - 5ml
    • Black pepper
    • Celery salt
    • Worcestershire sauce - 3 dashes

    Mix all ingredients in a shaker.
    Shake with ice.
    Strain into a glass with a cocktail strainer.
    Garnish with a piece of lemon verbena.
