- Frozen fruit purée 100% : Raspberry - 0,37 cl
- Frozen fruit purée, sugar added : Blackberry - 0,37 cl
- Frozen fruit purée 100% : Lemon - 1,5 cl
- Frozen fruit purée 100% : Blood orange - 1,5 cl
- Gin - 4,5 cl
- Wine Dry Sack - 1,5 cl
- Sugar syrup: - 1,5 cl
- Orange bitters - 1 trait
- Egg white - 1
Shake with ice, strain in the chilled cheater tin, pound on bar to let foam set, pour in coupe and garnish with raspberry.
