  1. Bellini


    • Ambient fruit purée 100% : Yellow peach - 21ml
    • sparkling white wine - 120ml
    • Simple syrup - 7ml

    In a Champagne Flute, add Peach Puree and simple syrup, then top off with cold sparkling white wine. Lightly combine ingredients with a bar spoon. Garnish with a lemon twist.
