Marc has a graduate degree from the Cambrils catering and tourism school in Spain. Following his studies, he perfected his techniques with renowned chefs such as Oriol Balaguer (restaurant owner), Carlès Mampel (Bubo), Hans Ovando (chocolate maker), Jeroni Castell (Michelin starred chef) and Martin Lippo.
He then trained at the DGF Paris International Pastry School.
He has won several awards: pastry champion of Spain in Valencia Spain 2015, Spanish representative in the Mondial des Arts Sucrés in Paris 2016 and vice-champion of the world at La Coppa del mondo della Gelateria, in Rimini in January 2018.
After having been Technical Director of the SOC CHEF Group, he is currently Brand Ambassador Les vergers Boiron and Technical Advisor for many companies, including numerous Michelin-starred restaurants.
