Yuval Soffer has been working in the bar industry for the past 13 years. He found a passion for the spirits back in his home town Tel Aviv and he has been evolving ever since, attending some of the most important and highly regarded bars and restaurants in New York and Los Angeles. After working in every type of atmosphere - from Irish pubs and restaurants to high volume clubs - and in every possible position - from bartender and manager to consultant - he found his niche in the creative world of culinary craft cocktails. As the second golden era of cocktails emerged, Yuval's innovative 'garden to glass' approach was fast to gain recognition by industry leaders and publications.
