Since moving to the UK from Australia in 2013, Tim has worked at a number of world-renowned restaurant bars, including Mr Copper’s House & Garden (formerly) from renowned chef Simon Rogan, and upmarket pan-Asian restaurant Bam-Bou - which was named one of the top ten restaurant bars in the world by Tales of the Cocktail under Tim’s management.

Before joining the team, Tim was bar manager at Jason Atherton’s City Social, where he achieved his fourth consecutive year as manager of a world top ten restaurant bar. He was instrumental in launching a new cocktail menu based on augmented reality that “set to change the way we drink” (Cocktail Lovers).

Tim has received many awards for his innovative approach to cocktails. Most notably, Tim was a global finalist in the Disaronno’s Mixing Star awards (2013), a top six national finalist in the Bols Around the World awards (2014), and a UK top 10 finalist for Diageo Reserve World Class Awards in 2015 and 2016.
