Boiron Frères is launching an exceptional Gold trophy for young food professionals!

The recently-established Boiron Frères corporate foundation for the transmission of knowledge is organising a major selection among future graduates of the BTS in Culinary Arts, and will send three winners to train for a year at 3 Bocuse d'Or Winners abroad. A unique trophy in the world...
Travel broadens the mind ... The Boiron Frères company has taken the saying quite literally! Supported by the Boiron Frères Corporate Foundation, launched this autumn, the Young Talent Trophy is the first culinary student competition which, every year, will send 3 winners to study abroad alongside renowned chefs.

Imagine taking a year out, all expenses paid, in three different countries (four months each), working for Bocuse d'Or Winners, sharing great moments, discovering, learning and turning it all into a multimedia narrative on the web and social networks. The operation is simply exceptional.

The Young Talent Trophy is awarded by a company with ethical values, humility and a strong sharing culture. Boiron Frères SAS is a growing French family business that invests in France and supplies the best restaurateurs in 75 countries.

Since its inception, Boiron Frères has always encouraged the transfer of know-how and culinary excellence. With Alain Boiron, grand-son of the founder, the third generation of Boirons now heads the company and upholds its original values. The Foundation was created to preserve and promote this valuable transmission of know-how, in France and abroad.

With the establishment of the Foundation and the Trophy, Boiron Frères wants to share its success with high potential talents, who do not necessarily have the opportunity to rub shoulders with the best.

This exceptional operation rapidly found the enthusiastic support of two key partners: the French Department of Education, with Michel Lugnier, Inspector General of Education, and the Bocuse d'Or Winners Association, with its president, Michel Roth. Both have been involved from the outset in the co-construction of the Trophy, to build a sustainable, realistic operation, close to the reality of training institutions and the hospitality trade and meeting the expectations of young people.

In 2015, 15 French schools will recommend candidates to the Boiron Frères Corporate Foundation.

The shortlist of 10 talented finalists will be announced on 15 December on!

The final to find the three winners will take place on 15 January 2015.
And their big adventure will start in July 2015.
