  1. Chicken breast with peach


    • Ambient fruit purée 100% : Yellow peach - 240ml
    • Chicken breasts - 4
    • White wine - 10cl
    • Balsamic vinegar - 40g
    • Peach - 1
    • Olive oil
    • Pepper
    • Salt

    Cook the chicken breasts in a pan with a little olive oil. Remove from the heat, add the white wine and leave to reduce gently. Add the peach puree and a dash of balsamic vinegar.
    Decorate with cubes of peach and herbs.
