Chicken breast with peach
- Ambient fruit purée 100% : Yellow peach - 240ml
- Chicken breasts - 4
- White wine - 10cl
- Balsamic vinegar - 40g
- Peach - 1
- Olive oil
Cook the chicken breasts in a pan with a little olive oil. Remove from the heat, add the white wine and leave to reduce gently. Add the peach puree and a dash of balsamic vinegar.
Decorate with cubes of peach and herbs.
