  1. Swedish oyster, cucumber, trout roe, onion and sea buckthorn foam

    Ingredients

    • Frozen fruit purée 100% : Seabuckthorn - 1 tablespoon
    • Cucumber water - 1 tablespoon
    • Oyser water - 1 tablespoon
    • Soy lecithin - 2g

    Mix it all together and serve on the oyster.
