Blackberry Whipped Cream
- Ambient fruit purée 100%: Blackberry - 150ml
- Single cream 35 % - 15cl
Combine both and pour into a siphon.
Charge with a gas cartridge and refrigerate for about 2h.
Arrange your desserts, decorate with blackberry whipped cream and serve immediately.
Suggestion: blackberry puree can be replaced by raspberry or strawberry puree in the same proportions.
