  1. Pavlova Raspberry


    • Ambient fruit purée 100% : Raspberry - 600ml
    • Sugar - 200g
    • Lemon - 1/2
    • Egg white - 1
    • Strawberries
    • Blueberries
    • Blackberries

    Mix all ingredients with the raspberry puree and half lemon juice in a blender, whisk the mixture for 5-7 min.
    Fill ice cream cups or ramekins and store in the freezer for 15h.
    Just before serving, sprinkle with meringue slivers and pieces of berries.
