  1. Lingonberry and morello cherry jam, no sugar added

    Ingredients

    • Frozen fruit purée, sugar added : Morello cherry - 240g
    • Lingonberries (dried and sugar free) - 250g

    Chop lingonberries with a knife.

    Put all ingredients into a grinder.

    Grind until desired consistency.

    Serve onto a quinoa and whole-grain rice cake, spread with raw pistachio paste and flower pollen
