  1. Tropical Winter wonderland


    • Frozen speciality : Coconut cream - 60ml
    • Frozen vegetable purée 100% : Pumpkin - 25ml
    • chai - 30ml
    • Simple syrup - 15ml
    • Spiced Cold Brew coffee - 20ml

    Glass: Highball

    Ice: Highball ice or large ice cubes

    Technique / Method: Pour directly all ingredients in a glass then add the ice.

    Presentation / garnish : toasted pumpkin, grated coconut
