  1. Spicy sea buckthorn sour

    Ingredients

    • Frozen fruit purée 100% : Seabuckthorn - 2 parts
    • Frozen speciality : Ginger - 1 part
    • Frozen fruit purée 100% : Lemon - 1 part
    • Star Anis sugar - 1,5 part
    • Cognac - 4 parts

    Method: shake and double strain.
    Glass: rocks.
    Garnish: ginger.
