  1. Harvest day punch

    Ingredients

    • Frozen fruit purée 100% : Blood orange - 1kg
    • Frozen fruit purée 100% : Lemon - 50 cl
    • Vodka Orange - 1l
    • Cranberry (juice) - 2l
    • Sugar syrup: - 50 cl
    • Champagne - 1bouteille
    • Crushed ice - As required
    • Orange (slice) - As required
    • Lemon (slice) - As required

    Pre-mix orange vodka, white cranberry juice, lemon sour (lemon puree + gomme syrup), blood orange puree, oranges and lemon in a large bowl.

    Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve (at least 3 hours).

    Pour this preparation into a punch container, add crushed ice and iced champagne when serving.

     

     

    Serve in glasses, accompanied by fruits.
