Harvest day punch
- Frozen fruit purée 100% : Blood orange - 1kg
- Frozen fruit purée 100% : Lemon - 50 cl
- Vodka Orange - 1l
- Cranberry (juice) - 2l
- Sugar syrup: - 50 cl
- Champagne - 1bouteille
- Crushed ice - As required
- Orange (slice) - As required
- Lemon (slice) - As required
Pre-mix orange vodka, white cranberry juice, lemon sour (lemon puree + gomme syrup), blood orange puree, oranges and lemon in a large bowl.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve (at least 3 hours).
Pour this preparation into a punch container, add crushed ice and iced champagne when serving.
Serve in glasses, accompanied by fruits.
