    Ingredients

    • Frozen speciality : Ginger - 1/2 oz
    • Frozen fruit purée 100% : Lemon - 1/2 oz
    • Whiskey - 1 oz
    • © Cointreau - 1/2 oz

    In a cocktail shaker, add ingredients as well as ¾ oz of Homemade Irish Wheatgrass Paste (see below), shake with ice, strain in a chilled stemmed glass.
    Garnish with fresh wheatgrass (optional).

    Homemade Wheatgrass:
    On a cutting board, fine chop wheatgrass
    In a mortar and pestle, add chopped wheatgrass, grind while adding small amounts of filtered water to create a paste.
