Ingredients
- Frozen speciality : Ginger - 1/2 oz
- Frozen fruit purée 100% : Lemon - 1/2 oz
- Whiskey - 1 oz
- © Cointreau - 1/2 oz
In a cocktail shaker, add ingredients as well as ¾ oz of Homemade Irish Wheatgrass Paste (see below), shake with ice, strain in a chilled stemmed glass.
Garnish with fresh wheatgrass (optional).Homemade Wheatgrass:
