  1. Granny Goodness


    • Frozen fruit purée, sugar added : Green apple - 2 oz.
    • Frozen fruit purée 100% : Lime - 3/4 oz.
    • Frozen fruit purée 100% : Pink grapefruit - 3/4 oz.
    • Rum - 2 oz.
    • Syrup Cinnamon - 1 oz.

    In a blender, combine ingredients (top with optional bitters last) and add one cup of ice and blend.  Pour in a glass and garnish with slices of green apples, cinnamon, and mint sprigs.

  2. Cinnamon Syrup


    • Water - 1 1/2 cups
    • Cinnamon (sticks) - 6
    • Sugar

    In a sauce pan, add 1 ½ cups of filtered water, add 6 cinnamon sticks (cracked), bring to a boil while stirring, turn off heat and let the cinnamon infused water cool off.  Strain water discarding the cinnamon sticks.  Then add 2 parts sugar to 1 part of the cinnamon infused water.  Stir to dissolve sugar in the cinnamon infused water.
