  1. Ingredients

    • Frozen fruit purée 100% : Lime - 6 cl
    • Frozen fruit purée, sugar added : Melon - 1 cl
    • Sugar syrup: - 6 cl
    • Egg - 1
    • xanthan - 0,5 g
    • Gelatine leave - 2
    Instructions
    1. In a Whip Cream Chargeable Canister
    2. Add ingredients
    3. Shake Canister, Charge with co2 and/or no2
    Gelatin Preparation Instructions
    1. Place 2 gelatin sheets in a bowl with ice water
    2. Heat Simple Syrup in pan until boiling
    3. Turn off stove and add purees and gelatin sheet
    4. Stir in together until gelatin is completely blended
