Our family-run boulangerie, patisserie and chocolaterie based in Garforth, Leeds was established in 1998 by Thierry Dumouchel, father, owner and well-renowned Chocolatier and Master Baker.

Born in Normandy, France, to a farming family, Thierry learnt from a young age how to appreciate fresh, quality food and as a great believer in “You are what you eat”. Thierry has always been against the addition of any artificial chemicals and preservatives in to our foods.

Trained at Rouen Boulangerie Patisserie School, Thierry’s artful food skills have taken him around the world and as a master of his craft Thierry is often called upon for demonstrations, as UK ambassador for Barry Callebaut and the world-renowned Cointreau.
We are proud of our expert bakers and chocolatiers and have become known across Yorkshire for our delicious range of pastries, cakes, breads and chocolate.
