Patrick Bouvard
Pastry ChefAfter his apprenticeship at the Casino de Divonne, Patrick opened his first shop in Rillieux-la-Pape while still training, at the age of 24. He later returned to his home town, Bourg-en-Bresse, to open a pastry, bread and chocolate boutique that now employs a dozen staff and apprentices. Patrick took part in the final French competition for the Chocolate Grand Prix organized by Cacao Barry and subsequently became brand ambassador for Cacao Barry for six years.
