1989 - Started Bellouet Conseil Pastry School in Paris with Mr. G.J. Bellouet

1993 - Won MOF Pastry title 2006 - Took over Bellouet Conseil Pastry School

On top of being a highly respected pastry advisor, Jean-Michel Perruchon is the author of more than 10 pastry books, including «TENTATION PETITS GÂTEAUX».
