Andreas BRETTMARK

At 28 years old, this young chef born in Gothenburg (Sweden) is the owner of the consult company Brettmark Gastronomi. He has been working at some of the best restaurants in Sweden, latest at one star michelin restaurant Thörnströms Kök. Andreas is competing with the Culinary Team West Of Sweden, for a gold place in World Cup and The Olympics 2016. As the Swedish contestant, he finished at the second place in the Linie Awards (a famous Nordic cup).
