  1. Mixed salad

    Ingredients

    • Beetroot (cooked) - 1/2
    • Crab meat - 100g
    • Mixed salad leaves - 100g
    • Cherry tomato - 8
    • Feta - 40g

    Cut the beetroot into fine strips. Drain the crabmeat. Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
    Cut the feta into small pieces. Mix everything with the mixed salad leaves.

  2. For the dressing

    Ingredients

    • Ambient fruit purée 100% : Raspberry - 45ml
    • Balsamic vinegar - 15ml
    • Olive oil - 45ml
    • Pepper
    • Salt

    Prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients and serve it to season the salad.
