Technique: In a cocktail shaker, combine ingredients, dry shake (no ice) vigorously to emulsify egg whites. Then add ice, and shake again. Strain in a chilled coupe cocktail glass and let the froth from the egg whites settle.
Last, spray Peychaud’s Bitters over the heart template to create a heart on top of the drink. Then add 4 drops of Angostura Bitters in the middle of the large heart and with a toothpick, draw a line through and going downward over the Angostura Bitters drops to create smaller hearts.

Prep: In a food safe plastic sheet, carve out a heart shape template and use as a stencil.
Transfer Peychaud’s Bitters into an atomizer sprayer bottle.
Transfer Angostura Bitters Into a dropper bottle.
