Sea buckthorn doughnuts
Ingredients
- Frozen fruit purée 100% : Seabuckthorn - 0.75 cup
- Flour - 2.5 cups
- Yeast - 25g
- Milk - 1 cup
- Orange (zest) - 1/2
- Flour - 2.5 cups
- Egg yolk - 7
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Butter - (softened) - 150g
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Make a predough by mixing all the ingredients for 10 min., let rest 30 min. Deep-fry in 180°C oil and roll in cinnamon and orange sugar. Serve it warm.
