  1. Sea buckthorn doughnuts

    Ingredients

    • Frozen fruit purée 100% : Seabuckthorn - 0.75 cup
    • Flour - 2.5 cups
    • Yeast - 25g
    • Milk - 1 cup
    • Orange (zest) - 1/2
    • Flour - 2.5 cups
    • Egg yolk - 7
    • Sugar - 1/2 cup
    • Butter - (softened) - 150g
    • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

    Make a predough by mixing all the ingredients for 10 min., let rest 30 min. Deep-fry in 180°C oil and roll in cinnamon and orange sugar. Serve it warm.
